World Hearing Day - Celebrate with PODC

What’s on:

 Meet & greet with PODC President Suzanne Robertson and Secretary Dr Chi Lo from 10 am to 12:00 pm at our office - Ground Level at the Australian Hearing Hub.

Australian Hearing Matters is delighted to welcome their newest Patron, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales and Government House Sydney.

Her Excellency will be joining in for the early morning opening presentation at the Australian Hearing Hub as part of Macquarie University’s international World Hearing Day celebrations. Following this, she will visit Hearing Matters Australia at our shared office space around 11am.

BBQ Lunch at 12:30 - 1:30 pm on Level 3.

 Panel Presentations on hearing health and support services will be on throughout the day at the Australian Hearing Hub (see the full schedule in the invitation below).

Also remember to  REGISTER if you'd like to attend the Panel Presentations. There is a section in the Registration process where you can REQUEST Auslan Interpreting, under Accessibility.

Parking:
Free parking will be available in the South 2 and West 3 car parks (car park map reference: S19 & Q11). Please note that parking fees apply if you park in any other areas.
